Repeat Prescriptions
Due to the high demand for repeat prescriptions, we ask patients to follow the following guidelines:
- Please Complete an online Repeat Prescription form, which can be found on our website under ‘Our Services’.
- Please NOTE We will no longer take requests over the phone or by email; this is to ensure the correct request is processed.
- We ask that you kindly allow 48hrs for a repeat prescription to be completed.
Social Welfare Certificates
- Patients should request a Social Welfare cert on the day of their appointment.
- Certs cannot be given out before the date they are due.
- Certs cannot be posted to patients.
