We are happy to link with the HSE and Silver Cloud to be able to refer patients to be able to access free mental health support via Silver Clouds CBT app.
Speak to one of our GPs and they can refer you to Silver Cloud who will then invite you to access their platform free of charge. Once you’ve signed up, you’ll be assigned a coach who will check in with you weekly, help you set your goals and apply your learnings.
